Placing your order
The easiest way of ordering is to send us an email stating what item/items you wish to order. E-mail orders to jessica@cotcouture.com.au and payments can be made via direct deposit, cheque, money order or Paypal.  Sometimes an item will already be made and ready to ship, but generally once your order is placed there is a 14 day turn around for items to be handmade for you specifically. Each comforter and cushion is pre-washed, hand made and packaged with care.

Accessories such as the teddy bear collection and mobiles can be shipped immediately upon payment, however there are limited in stock so be quick!

Payment
The most popular method of payment is by credit card over the phone. Direct deposit is also available, details are provided once an order has been placed. Money Orders, cheques and Paypal can also be used. Orders must be paid for before they can be started as each order is custom made.

Delivery
We post within Australia and can send items overseas. Australian orders can be sent by registered or express post. Please let me know how you would like your order sent.

Returns and Exchanges
we do not accept returns or exchanges as our comforters are made specifically for each order. If you are unhappy with your purchase then please email me at jessica@cotcouture.com.au and we can come up with a suitable solution. I want every customer satisfied with their purchase.
